Four years ago I wanted to practice medicine in a way that made sense – time, to listen to my patients; independent, of organized employed relationships; focus, on patients; communication, by e-mail or phone (sometimes texts!); appointments, by your request on-line or by phone. Unfortunately the beurocracy of healthcare does not allow me to continue. The increased regulations and reduced payment are obtrusive.  Thanks to all of you who have supported my practice!  A letter will be coming to all patients soon with suggestions for new physicians.  Until August 30th, you may request records through my office but you MUST have a SIGNED RELEASE to make this happen – that’s the legal part!
